Patient Care Assistant

We require telugu speaking native patient care assistant (PCA) provides direct care and support to patients under the supervision of nurses and other healthcare professionals. Their duties include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as monitoring vital signs and providing emotional support. PCAs also help with mobility, transfers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with ADLs: Helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Mobility and Transfers: Assisting patients with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and using mobility aids.
• Monitoring Vital Signs: Measuring and recording temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
• Providing Emotional Support: Offering companionship, a listening ear, and a supportive presence.
• Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensuring patient rooms and common areas are clean and organized, and adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
• Reporting Changes in Patient Condition: Notifying nurses or other healthcare professionals of any changes in a patient's physical or mental state.
• Assisting with Medical Procedures: Under supervision, helping with tasks like medication administration or specimen collection.
• Other Duties: May include transporting patients, restocking supplies, and assisting with meal preparation and feeding.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
