As a Customer Support (Night Shift) at Bhanzu in HSR Layout, Bangalore, you will act as a single point of contact and the face of Bhanzu support for customers. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner, proactive outbound calling to build rapport, identifying customer needs, proposing suitable solutions efficiently by coordinating with cross-functional teams, following up to ensure issue resolution, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services. Requirements for this role include a degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field, experience as a relationship manager or in customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems, excellent written and verbal skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and display patience when handling tough cases.
