Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Additional tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is located in Hyderabad, with some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Proven sales experience in the timber and plywood industry and ability to develop and execute sales strategies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities Experience in the wood and furniture industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
