Description We Are Seeking A Pathologist To Work At A Hospital Laboratory Run By Us. We Are A Nabl Accreditted Lab Located In Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Work Hours Are From 11-2 PM, 6-8 PM In Hospital And Available Via Phone Or WhatsApp At Other Times,If Needed. Duties Include: Oversee all aspects of Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology and Hematology in the Hospital. Report Cytology and Histopathology. Communicate with hospital doctors/consultants and provide accurate guidance on patient treatment. Provide timely advise to clinicians and patients on tests and test results. Verify and ensure workflow to provide optimum efficiency of testing and turnaround time of results. Verify quality control, validation (new lot of reagents), and other quality activities to verify performance of test. Ensure NABL procedures are followed in work environment. Provide inputs to management for continual improvement. Ensure the technicians follow proper protocols and quality control procedures. Serve as technical resource by hiring and participating in staff training; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations for continual development. Take part in all quality improvement activities of the lab.
