Build long-term relationships with doctors to encourage patient referrals. B2B Tie-Ups:Identify and approach clinics, small hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporates for partnerships and service agreements. Negotiate and close B2B collaborations for lab testing, pharmacy supply, OPD support, etc. Maintain B2B client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
