Interpret complex test results and consult with clinicians to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions. Oversee compliance with NABL , CAP , and other relevant quality and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvements in lab efficiency, safety, and diagnostic accuracy. Maintain and update SOPs, ensure biosafety protocols, and participate in internal and external audits. Contribute to the adoption of new diagnostic technologies and digital systems (e.g., LIS). Required Qualifications: MD in Pathology from a recognized university. Completion of Senior Residency from a reputed medical institution.

The Role We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Lead to collaborate with leadership and support teams across India and global locations. This role is instrumental in driving people strategy and talent acquisition across high-growth, innovation-driven verticals such as Robotic Surgery Platforms (including orthopaedics and arthroplasty), Cardiovascular and Structural Heart therapies, Neurology, Electrophysiology, Diagnostics, Pathology, AI-powered Oncology, and Human Anatomy Mapping. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent strategy, organizational design, and hiring execution for critical functions including R&D, clinical affairs, regulatory, engineering, and commercial teams, enabling Meril's continued growth and global expansion. Responsibilities As a HRBP/TA Lead, your core responsibilities will include: - Acting as a strategic partner to business heads, medical and engineering leaders, and clinical innovation teams. - Leading India & global talent acquisition for niche verticals including: * Cardiovascular interventions & diagnostics * Robotic platforms & synapse-haptics * Oncology, pathology & advanced imaging - Driving high-impact HR interventions in areas like org structuring, succession, performance, and engagement. - Collaborating with functional leaders to identify talent gaps, hiring priorities, and pipeline strategies. - Designing and executing campus, lateral, and leadership hiring strategies aligned with global product roadmaps. - Creating HR dashboards, analytics, and talent reports for leadership insights. - Building a high-trust culture by supporting learning, inclusion, and values alignment.
