Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Identify and engage key external stakeholders (e.g., pathologists, geneticists, laboratory physicians, oncologists, surgeons) to understand regional diagnostic ecosystems. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, market access, and commercial) to align diagnostic strategies. Co-create diagnostic pathways that streamline testing within clinical decision-making processes. Ensure accurate, compliant communication of scientific and diagnostic insights between external partners and internal teams. 2. Data-Driven Field Support & Test Optimization Lead diagnostic field activities in priority accounts with a focus on data-driven decision support. Provide insights on diagnostic testing patterns, turnaround times, barriers to access, and opportunities for optimization. Adhere strictly to data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) while handling patient or site-level data. 3. Scientific Education & Internal Capability Building Conduct scientific training for internal stakeholders covering diagnostic principles, biomarker science, and workflows. Develop educational tools and materials to communicate diagnostic concepts and test interpretation. Support and participate in external scientific programs for clinicians and laboratory professionals. 4. Diagnostic Access & External Partnerships Build and maintain partnerships with diagnostic companies and laboratory networks. Facilitate discussions on testing logistics, implementation models, and quality standards. Drive initiatives to improve awareness, access, and adoption of companion and complementary diagnostics. 5. Precision Medicine Advocacy & Clinical Integration Advocate for early and accurate biomarker testing to enable precision treatment approaches. Collaborate with clinicians to integrate diagnostic insights into treatment planning and clinical workflows. Promote adoption of precision medicine by linking diagnostics to patient outcomes and healthcare value.
