Patent Associate/Agent

As a Patent Associate, you will be a unique individual who combines a deep knowledge of a technical area with a good understanding of Patent Law. We are seeking confident team players with strong technical and analytical skills, capable of effectively managing various tasks and responsibilities while prioritizing workflow to meet strict deadlines. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a profound understanding of patent law. Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools, analyzing and interpreting patent specifications, technical literature, and prior art, evaluating the patentability, validity, and infringement risks of inventions, working closely with inventors, engineers, and legal professionals to understand the technical aspects of inventions, preparing detailed reports summarizing patent search results and analysis, and documenting and maintaining accurate records of patents, prior art, and analysis. To qualify for this role, you should have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to grasp new technologies quickly, familiarity with patent laws and regulations, proficiency in using patent databases and search tools, an analytical mindset with attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or relevant B.E/B. Tech Degree with a good academic record.,
