Certifications : RHCE and AWS certifications are mandatory. AWS Experience : Experience with AWS in an enterprise environment. Redhat Satellite : Experience in Redhat Satellite Server Administration. Automation & Scripting : Experience with automation (deployments, configuration management) and hands-on scripting in Bash, Perl, Python & Ansible. High Availability : Experience in installing and configuration of High Availability environment. OS Knowledge : Good knowledge in Linux OS (Redhat, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, OpenSuse, Debian) along with patching and Rollback. Web Servers : Good knowledge in Web servers like Apache, Apache Tomcat, NGINX. Security : Good knowledge in Firewalls (IPTables) and SELinux. Networking Services : Good knowledge in installing and troubleshooting LDAP, DNS, DHCP, LVMs, NFS. System Management : Good knowledge in user administration, file systems and Logs, and software package installation. Troubleshooting : Knowledgeable in Linux internals to debug and solve installation issues - environment, drivers, libraries, etc. Database Fundamentals : Knowledge of databases like Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc. Red Hat Specifics : Experience with Red Hat Satellite and Kickstart Servers setup and configuration. Good To Have Experience with monitoring tools like Logic Monitor, Opsramp, AppDynamics. Experience with Docker. Source code control (GitHub). Experience on AIX, Solaris (other Unix-like OS).
