What We Need From You 5-8 years of overall experience in IT infrastructure administration, with significant hands-on experience in both Windows Server and VMware administration. Strong experience in Windows Server administration (Windows Server 2016, 2019). Proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi, Update Manager, HA, DRS). Experience managing VMware datastores and familiarity with underlying storage concepts (e.g., SAN, NAS, iSCSI, NFS). Experience in PowerShell scripting for task automation and system administration. Roles and Responsibilities Provide Level 3 technical support for complex Citrix and NetScaler environments. Perform advanced diagnostics and tuning of NetScaler Gateway, load balancing, and content switching features. Solid understanding of AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) , Citrix Cloud, and integrations with Azure AD. Exposure to hardware platforms like Nutanix, Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS is required. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, ControlUp, SolarWinds, and Citrix Director . Experience with Managed Services or Consulting environments is a plus.
