You must ensure 100% compliance with configuration standards and procedures. Making changes to existing configuration processes as per client requirements and maintaining proper documentation/log are crucial aspects of your role. Analyzing and resolving configuration issues in a timely manner is also part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for MIS Management, Reporting & Backend Support. This includes preparing daily and monthly status reports on certain configuration parameters as required by the client and stakeholders. Documentation and reporting as per the client's needs on configuration standards are essential. You must ensure issue resolution in the minimum time possible concerning any modification or change requested by the client. Your deliverables will focus on Continuous Integration, Deployment, and achieving 100% error-free onboarding and implementation, throughput %, and adherence to the schedule. Quality & CSAT are key metrics, including on-time delivery, troubleshooting queries, customer experience, and completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation.,
