Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in server engineering or systems administration. Strong hands-on experience with VMWare vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter. Proficient in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP). Experience with patch management tools (e.g., WSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, Intune) and processes. Solid understanding of server monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate technical information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Awareness of security best practices and compliance standards related to server environments.
