You will work on configured services running on various platforms within defined operating models and processes, including hardware/software support and technology implementation at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues. Document technical processes and procedures for reference. Assist in the implementation of new technologies for system enhancement. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network systems. Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Knowledge of operating system-level configurations. Familiarity with server and network maintenance.
