Unified Communication and Collaboration - In-depth knowledge of various UCC services; for e.g., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc., - In-depth hands-on experience on Microsoft 365 3. We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as a Trainee Hardware Engineer(IT Support Technician). This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network systems. Provide first-level technical support to end-users (in person, by phone, or via email). Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories. Install and configure new workstations, printers, and other peripherals. Support regular data backups and system updates. Document IT issues and resolutions in the help desk system. Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of IT workspaces and storage. Fixing the desktop/laptop issue at the primary level. Fixing network-related issues, like re-crimping, checking routers, cable connections, WIFI connections etc. Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
