Your support will directly impact end-user productivity and business continuity. You will handle a wide range of IT support tasks—from onboarding new employees and managing user accounts to resolving technical issues and maintaining IT asset inventory. Key Responsibilities Provide timely resolution of user-reported IT issues through the ticketing system (User Support & Ticket Resolution). Execute end-to-end onboarding setup for new joiners including system provisioning, account creation, and orientation support. Handle IT processes related to exits, including system deactivation, asset retrieval, and data backup. Manage IT asset lifecycle – procurement, tagging, inventory tracking, and disposal. Perform desktop/laptop imaging, OS installation, and hardware/software deployment. Conduct regular patch management and ensure antivirus software is updated across systems. Provide support for printers, scanners, and meeting room display/casting systems. Administer local and domain user accounts including access rights, password resets, and profile setups. Maintain and update internal knowledge base and process documentation to ensure consistency in support operations. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, and enterprise applications. Proficient in Active Directory, user account management (local/domain), and system imaging tools. Experience with IT asset management tools and inventory systems. Familiarity with patch management, antivirus updates, and security best practices. Good understanding of printer/network printing and meeting room technology (casting/display setup). Ability to document and maintain technical procedures and support guides. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer to join our team to support and implement network infrastructure and solutions at client locations. The candidate should be skilled in handling field operations, configuring network devices, and executing project-based network setups. Key Responsibilities: • Perform on-site network installations and provide field support for clients. • Responsible for L2 network setup, including switches, routers, and access points. • Configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. • Manage network cabling, including structured cabling and patch panel management. • Act as a System Integrator to bring together various hardware components into a working IT environment. • Work closely with clients during project implementation, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications are met. • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth project delivery. • Maintain documentation for configurations, site layouts, and network diagrams.
