Role Overview: As a Commis Pastry Chef at Brownyumm, located in Paras Trinity, Sector 63, Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in assisting the DCDP chef in production and handling the preparation, production, and packing of daily orders. Your responsibilities will also include order management on Petpooja, ensuring the receipt and dispatch are handled efficiently. It is essential to maintain quality standards and hygiene while actively participating in new product development and various events like pop-ups, workshops, and stalls. Key Responsibilities: - Assist DCDP chef in production - Preparation, production, and packing of daily orders - Order Management on Petpooja - Receipt and dispatch - Maintaining quality standards and hygiene - Involvement in new product development - Participation in pop-ups, workshops, and stalls Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Pastry - Knowledge and prior experience in Cakes and different types of icing techniques - Minimum 1 year of on-the-job experience Please note that the job offers paid time off, a day shift schedule, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
