Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process, including solder paste printing, SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), reflow profile optimization, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and X-ray parameter definition & validation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Review process failures, perform root cause analysis , and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Provide technical guidance to the SMT team ensuring process adherence and problem-solving . Execute process validation and revalidation activities , ensuring documentation and compliance with standards. Implement and monitor PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plans for robust process control. Create and maintain detailed process control documentation SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts. Develop training materials, troubleshooting manuals, and technical guidelines to enhance operator and technician skills. Track and maintain SMT KPIs to ensure process efficiency and compliance with organizational goals. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication. Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and quality standards . Hands-on experience in process optimization, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team management skills.
