You will be part of a diverse team passionate about passive funds. What will you Do? As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will build, enhance, maintain, and execute the sales pipeline and funnel strategy using best in industry standards and tools. You will work closely with other regional and national heads to ensure growth in sales and assets in this business. We are looking to build a young dynamic team with a growth mindset and passionate about building a sales pipeline and strategy at the regional level. We are looking for someone with a deep passion for sales and building relationships. Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate to develop the market for Passive Funds (Index Funds and ETFs). Responsible for building distributions business for Passive Funds for the region. Expected to do activities to activate Retail MFDs, RIAs, National Distributors & Wealth outfits. Execute market research Develop competitive landscape overview and customer segmentation across multiple channels including Family Offices, Institutions, Distributors and Fee only advisors. Product Approvals Work closely with Product, Research teams of NDs, Wealth Outfits and Pvt Banks at Central / Regional level to get approval of Passive Products. Product Ideation & Launch – Ideate and launch product required by Wealth Managers or identify the product gap in the industry and convert it as opportunity by launching new curated products. Create lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition – Organize events with partners and retail customers to drive sales of mutual fund products. Events include knowledge sessions, meetups, workshops etc. Build customer relationships – Develop and strengthen relationships with all intermediaries as well as direct clients overtime to create a strong pipeline. Manage CRM and sales funnel – All sales events and initiatives to be tracked via continuous usage of CRM tool. Optimize sales strategy – Responsible for building and execute robust sales pipeline and strategy. Strategy spans from generating leads, landing first sale and expanding product portfolio overtime. What makes you a Great Fit? Minimum 10 to 15 years in mutual fund sales/relevant work experience Experience in dealing with MFDs/Wealth Managers, Pvt Banks at Product, Research or Sales level and generating business from these relationships Experience in managing team in the north region Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to write good content efficiently Independent, organized and detail-oriented, and results-driven Willingness to learn, be flexible, and adapt quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup, entrepreneurial environment Strong and humble team player Strong critical thinker and active listener
