We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The chosen candidate will be tasked with selling HIS, Clinic Management, PACS, and RIS solutions to hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers throughout India. Saince offers competitive salary packages and exceptional benefits to its employees. **Job Responsibilities:** - Planning and executing aggressive sales activities. - Researching, cold calling, and prospecting among targeted healthcare providers. - Presenting, negotiating, and closing sales deals. - Collaborating with senior management to develop strategies and plans. - Working diligently to rapidly increase market share. - Assisting the implementation team to ensure customer satisfaction. - Setting and achieving sales targets. - Willingness to travel at short notice and within allocated budgets. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Bio-Medical Engineering, from a reputable college or university. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling healthcare software solutions to C-Level executives in hospitals, health systems, and imaging centers. **Skills and Knowledge:** - Must possess a go-getter attitude. - Strong ability in hunting and closing deals. - Passionate presenter and negotiator. - Thorough knowledge of hospital software solutions. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent email and messaging communication skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. - Strong work ethic and capability to work with minimal supervision. - Highly presentable with a pleasing personality. - Comfortable communicating with C-Level management. - Good presentation and negotiation skills.,
