Job Description

You will be working as a Passenger Support Services Team Member in a reputed MNC based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting airport check-in staff with check-in, boarding, and seating issues, acting as a codeshare helpdesk, resolving issues related to ancillary services, assisting with reservations, and handling Mishandled Baggage (MHB) cases. Additionally, you will be providing support to the network for World Tracer and fulfilling customer servicing requirements by providing PNR and Check-in History to Airport and Regulatory agencies. As a team member, your responsibilities will include addressing airport network and aircraft-related DCS-Customer Management, Reservation & ticketing queries 24/7. You will need to have strong communication skills in written and spoken English, along with hands-on experience in MS Office. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience. The shifts are rotational, and you will be required to work collaboratively with the airport staff and system providers like Amadeus to ensure efficient resolution of incidents and customer support.,
