The ideal candidate for this position should possess a degree in Any Graduation. Previous certification or experience relevant to the job description will be preferred. In this role, your major responsibilities will include providing support to end users in mobile device enrolment, configuration, and provisioning. You will also be responsible for hosting, distributing, and managing web-based applications using MDM solution. Device management tasks will involve policy enforcement, remote control, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will manage application distribution and updates, content management, and secure file sharing. Implementing security measures such as device encryption, passcode policies, and remote lock/wipe capabilities will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating reports and analytics on device usage, compliance, and security. Resolving internal queries through different channels will also be a key aspect of this position.,
