Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist located in Raipur. The R&D Specialist will be responsible for conducting and overseeing research projects, analyzing data, developing new products, and improving existing products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting experiments in the laboratory, gathering and interpreting research data, collaborating with other departments, and preparing detailed technical reports. The role also involves ensuring the application of safety standards and contributing to continuous innovation in refractory technology. Qualifications Research and Development (R&D) and Laboratory Skills Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills Proficiency in conducting Research and scientific experiments Experience in the refractory or materials science industry is preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards
