PAS Tax US - Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our team in the People Advisory Services equity team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead the GDS team and manage expectations and deliverables with onshore teams. Develop client relationships and work closely with clients of People Advisory Services within and outside EY. Demonstrate proficiency in tax technical knowledge and a strong understanding of equity taxation. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal colleagues. Provide season planning and monitoring deadlines for responsible accounts, communicating progress and project status to stakeholders. Set performance measurements and ensure goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time, and quality targets, are met. Identify and champion new services that the sub-service line can perform and cross-sell extended services to clients. Represent the sub-service line practice to external audiences and serve as a role model, developing, mentoring, coaching, and supervising teams while demonstrating leadership and executive presence. Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders and adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently. Develop a flexible and adaptive management style to meet the diverse needs of our people and clients, adapting the organization to different specificities and customer needs. Conduct and engage the team in timely connects/meetings and pilot actions/projects to improve processes and tools. ### Job Requirements Graduates or Post Graduates preferred; Certified EA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage. Effective communication skills by being articulate, thoughtful, and adapting communications to target audiences. Good systematic, numeric, and teamwork skills. Basic MS Office knowledge is desirable. Proven capabilities of leading a team and working closely with clients of People Advisory Services within and outside EY.
