Looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to expand our catering business by building partnerships with corporates, startups, co-working spaces, residential societies, and RWAs in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, local market understanding, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients including: Corporate offices and business parks Start-up hubs and co-working spaces Residential societies, condominiums, and RWAs Pitch catering and meal solutions for events, office lunches, and community gatherings. Fix and conduct client meetings, presentations, and food tasting sessions. Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the operations and kitchen team to ensure client needs are met seamlessly. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and conversions. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
