Roles & Responsibilities Conducting market research and identifying potential clients. Cultivating strong relationships with new clients such as prop techs, FinTech's and financial institutions, while maintaining existing client relationships. Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management. Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required Communicate our strategy & value propositions to current and prospective alliance partners Complete the required documentation to assist credit team of program partners Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals. Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company Attend various forums such as trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company. Structure partnerships that drive qualified leads to the sales team and convert them into transactions. Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships. Travel for meetings Key Skills / Requirements Master's Degree Experience in Start-up/ Fintech/Mortgage Industry with exposure and knowledge of prophets /real estate Banks or NBFCs
