Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and growing the Partnerships & Alliances vertical at JOP, an AI-powered Continuous Performance Management platform. This client-facing role involves building strategic relationships with business coaches, HR consultants, and ecosystem partners to drive revenue through partner-led growth. As the main point of contact, you will represent JOP in partner communications and collaborate on various initiatives to meet growth goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Partner Relationships: - Manage day-to-day interactions with partners and act as the primary contact for all communications. - Partnership Development: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new B2B partners aligned with growth objectives. - Assist in creating mutually beneficial partnership models. - Strategic Collaboration: - Co-create go-to-market strategies with partners and support in generating joint opportunities. - Commercial & Proposal Support: - Develop customized proposals, assist in deal negotiations, and maintain contract templates. - Performance Tracking: - Monitor partner-sourced revenue, referral outcomes, and commissions. - Regularly share insights and dashboards with internal stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Excellent Communication & Presence: Ability to engage in confident conversations with senior professionals. - Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and focus on growth and value creation. - Relationship-First Mindset: Prioritization of trust, empathy, and value delivery in collaborations. - Proactive & Strategic: Initiative-taking approach to shape the partner ecosystem. - Analytical & Organized: Structured follow-ups, metric tracking, and critical analysis of partnership performance. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields. - 12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client-facing roles. - Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is advantageous. - Exposure to B2B SaaS, HR tech, consulting, or performance management domains is a plus. In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work directly with JOP's Growth & Founding team, collaborate across various functions within the company, and be fast-tracked for leadership roles in the Partnerships function based on performance.
