IJP - Digital Build Lead - Co-brand Partnership Job Description We are looking for a digital build lead to design, optimise and lead integration requirements with co-brand partners. The candidate will need to showcase strong understanding of credit card systems, integration points and journey flows and will need to engage with tech teams to optimise journeys. Key Requirements- 1. Manage End-to- End partnership integration: The candidate will be expected to lead partnership integration and delivery for co-brand partnerships and ensure timely delivery and production support for co-brand partnerships (Pre & Post onboarding). 2. Funnel Management: Candidate will need to work in tandem with acquisition teams to ensure end to end funnel is optimised, journey flows are smooth and functional and will need to drive enhancements to increase throughput. 3. Partnership Engagement: Candidate will be single point of contact for the partner teams for all integrations, funnel and journey related elements and will need to interface between internal and partner teams. Job Requirement Self-motivated and go-getter ensuring end to end management of relationship across the partnership hierarchy Good understanding of digital acquisition, acquisition funnels, drop-off Strong understanding of credit card systems(Pre-and post on boarding), technical specifications & build MBA with 6+ years experience Leadership skills to manage and work with cross functional teams Ability to liaise internally & influence cross functional teams in a matrix organisation Strong problem solving skills and ability to own tasks end to end
