Close deals by effectively presenting pricing structures, service offerings, and addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients. Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships with local schools, pediatricians, healthcare providers, and community organizations to create referral networks for ABA therapy services. Identify opportunities for collaboration that can enhance service offerings and client access to ABA services. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and conversion rates on the google drive Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, sales metrics, and the status of leads and client relationships. Market Research & Community Engagement: Stay informed about trends and best practices in ABA therapy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and related treatment approaches. Engage with local communities, educational groups, and professional networks to raise awareness about ABA therapy and our services. Advocacy & Education: Serve as an advocate for ABA therapy within the community by educating potential clients and their families about the importance of early intervention and evidence-based behavioral therapy. Organize workshops, seminars, or informational sessions to build awareness and generate interest in our services. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a sales, outreach, or business development role within the healthcare, education, or therapy services sector. (Required) A background in psychology , special education, healthcare, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Special Education). Skills Experience in sales, business development, or outreach , particularly in the healthcare, education, or therapy services sectors (e.g., ABA, mental health, special education).
