Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Partnered Capital, located in Hyderabad. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, utilizing strong communication skills, and demonstrating clerical proficiency. Qualifications Calendar and Schedule Management: Schedule and organize professional and personal appointments, meetings, and events. Prioritize and manage calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure timely reminders. Coordinate with various parties for scheduling needs. Project Assistance: Assist with project coordination, tracking milestones, and deadlines. Prepare project-related documentation and reports. Communicate project updates and follow-up with team members as needed Personal Care and Activities: Coordinate and manage personal appointments, such as medical visits, family events, and personal errands. Plan and organize personal activities, including leisure and wellness activities, as needed. Provide support in maintaining a healthy work-life balance by managing stressors and personal commitments. Communication: Handle and respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the supervisor. Draft and proofread business and personal communications, reports, and presentations. Act as a liaison between the supervisor and clients, staff, and other stakeholders. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Ensure compliance with company policies and personal privacy requirements.
