Partner Support Advisor (Operations)

As a Partner Support Advisor (Operations) at Onecom, your role will involve handling customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving complaints, and processing orders across departments. You will need to have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Customer service experience is essential, and knowledge of the telecommunications industry would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Answering and responding to Partners and end users via telephone or email - Handling and resolving customer complaints in a calm and polite manner - Completing routine administrative duties - Liaising with multiple departments to process orders, applications, and requests - Monitoring and reporting on business impacting issues relating to key accounts - Liaising with internal and external auditors and addressing irregularities as they arise - Working on several tasks simultaneously and prioritizing your workload as operationally required - Training new and existing colleagues Qualifications Required: - Experience within a Customer Services environment - Experience dealing with difficult customers - Experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel - Experience of working within the telecoms industry (not essential) Onecom is an award-winning provider of Communication Technology, trusted by UK organisations to deliver Simply Brilliant Customer Experiences.
