Partner Support Advisor (Billing) Experience : 1+ years experience with CDR’s and LDR’s accurate billing process Shift : UK Location: Gurugram About the role: The Billing Analyst supports the Billing function by collecting data in the format of CDR’s and LDR’s (Call Data Records and Line Data Records), maintaining accuracy of data, reporting on profitability and resolving billing issues. The Billing Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the billing function to deliver timely and accurate billing across all divisions. Requires strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to multitask under pressure. Customer service experience essential; telecommunications knowledge beneficial. What makes you a great fit: Experience within a Customer Services environment Experience dealing with difficult customers Experience of working within the telecoms industry (not essential) Experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel. Key responsibilities: Answering and responding to Partners and end users via telephone or email Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm polite manner Completion of routine administrative duties Liaising with multiple departments to process orders, applications and requests Monitor and report on business impacting issues relating to key accounts Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with irregularities as they arise Work on several tasks at once and prioritise own workload as operationally required Training new and existing colleagues.
