As a Bid Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing for clients. You will also define project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools and keep the company's CRM tool updated with delivered bids. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Account Directors and Sales Directors to enhance client relationships, focus on incremental revenue generation, and manage client expectations during the delivery phase. Additionally, you will support the Client Services Team during project delivery by providing additional information and partner sourcing when necessary. Your role will also involve assisting in presentations and other sales-related activities as required by the Sales Director and Account Directors. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in inbound sales or call center environments. Travel may be required to meet customers and foster relationships with key contacts. In terms of knowledge and skills, you should possess a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A strong customer focus, backed by previous experience in customer service, will be advantageous in fulfilling the duties of this position.,
