Job Title: Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager (NBFC, DSA, Affiliate) Location: India / Remote Overview: We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to help scale our NBFC operations through affiliate platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the financial sector, particularly in digital lending and NBFC segments. We welcome candidates with experience working at platforms such as BankSathi, ZetApp, Gromo, Fibe, KreditBee, or Branch, who have successfully driven acquisition of over 10,000 new credit customers per month. Strong existing relationships with partners and the ability to negotiate directly with decision-makers are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding and activating new partners (DSAs, agencies, apps, aggregators, etc.) Analyzing performance of partner channels (ROI, CAC) Calculating rates and partner terms based on unit economics Managing reporting and consolidating data on leads, loan disbursements, commissions, and KPIs Collaborating with internal sales, risk, and marketing teams to improve processes Requirements: 2+ years of experience in fintech, NBFCs, or affiliate marketing Understanding of the customer acquisition funnel in fintech (from lead to disbursement and repayment) Experience handling high traffic volumes (10k+ new customers/month) Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, basic understanding of BI tools Strong partner negotiation and KPI alignment skills Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with NBFCs or digital lending platforms Existing network of DSA or affiliate partners Familiarity with CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models
