Each vertical consists of core categories with independent user offerings and supply pools, led by dedicated business heads. The Beauty vertical includes services such as skin-care treatments, grooming, spa therapy, and more. The Home vertical covers services like appliance repair, cleaning, plumbing, and painting. The Products Business focuses on B2B sales of beauty spa products, home solutions, and smart home devices. In this role, your responsibilities will include scaling category volumes and revenues across different geographies while ensuring exceptional customer and partner experiences. You will be expected to maintain operational excellence on a daily basis and drive key growth initiatives for the category, focusing on sustainable and profitable growth, building customer and partner relationships, and leading a team in alignment with Urban Company's values. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy roles, with a proven track record of leadership and project management. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver results under tight timelines, and demonstrate a passion for solving challenges.
