Joining our team as a senior software engineer, you will be tasked with extending the capabilities and value of our AI and automation-enriched tools that refactor and optimize legacy code and data. A qualified candidate is a full stack senior software engineer with experience in JAVA or .Net development. This smart, passionate, and curious problem solver will support our refactoring tool stack. While previous experiences with compiler development, IDE plugin development, legacy programming languages, and mainframe data migration projects would have you standing out amongst the crowd, it s not required. If necessary, we ll align you with others to groom your skills and knowledge in these areas. Principle Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software. Lead designs for new features that expand the capabilities of our refactoring tool stack. Participate in or lead design and code reviews with peers and stakeholders. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Triage product issues and analyze the impact on business outcomes. Contribute to existing documentation and educational content.
