Advanced project management skills and serve as the primary contact during the onboarding process for signed Partners, ensuring completion of partner certification and successful integration into Avalaras systems and Avalaras Partner Program. Facilitate access to Avalaras Partner Portal and guide partners in using its resources. Collaborate with partners and company partners to develop a detailed sales and marketing plan to support their launch, including identifying early adopters using tools, customer webinars, partner trainings. Communicate with partners about any remaining certification requirements and support them in addressing these items. Experience of Avalaras APIs to answer technical related questions from Partners building a certified integration. Work with other teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.) to provide partners with the resources needed to succeed. Report on main metrics, including the number of completed launch projects for signed partners. Key Skills and Qualifications Cross-functional collaboration : Demonstrated across multiple departments and manage complex projects involving multiple partners. Project management : Experienced in handling projects ensuring all deliverables are met. Goal-oriented : A mindset, with a specific focus on tracking and achieving launch project goals for each partner. What Youll Need to be Successful Specific Goals Ensure a high rate of successful, partner certifications. Meet targets for the number of completed launch projects with assigned partners. Achieve high partner satisfaction as measured through partner surveys and other Avalara specific measurements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, project management or partner onboarding role. Work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), project management software, and data tracking systems.
