This full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad is for a Senior Program Advisor. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to students and young professionals, developing and implementing program initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the effective delivery of training programs. Your duties will involve mentoring participants, conducting workshops, monitoring progress, and evaluating program outcomes. Additionally, some work-from-home flexibility is available for this position. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in strategic guidance, program development, and implementation. You must demonstrate the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure the effective delivery of programs. Strong mentoring, workshop facilitation, and participant support skills are essential, along with experience in monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency in using technology for educational and evaluative purposes. Prior experience in education, career counseling, or a related field would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
