Job Title: Training Coordinator Location: Coimbatore Openings: 2 Preference : Male Note: - The candidate must be open to traveling across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh for training coordination purposes. - On non-training days, they will be required to report to the Coimbatore office. - During Project Coordination in Colleges, travel, food, and accommodation will be fully covered by the company. Role Summary: - We are hiring a Training Coordinator to manage and deliver employability-focused training programs. - This role combines training coordination, stakeholder communication, data management, and the creation of high-quality reports and presentations. Candidates from any field (not just education) are encouraged to apply if they meet the experience and skill requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple training programs. - Communicate clearly with trainers, clients, and internal teams regarding objectives, timelines, and logistics. - Assist in the development and customization of engaging training materials, presentations, and learning modules. - Maintain and manage training records (attendance, evaluations, feedback) in company systems or LMS. - Accurately perform data entry, validation, and quality checks to ensure error-free reporting. - Design visually appealing, professional reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize training outcomes, participant progress, and key metrics. - Automate repetitive data tasks using Excel formulas, macros, or basic scripts to improve efficiency. - Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements. Keep updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance program delivery. Qualifications & Requirements: - UG or PG in any specialization. - Minimum 3 years experience in training coordination, learning & development, operations, HR, or similar roles (placement training or education sector experience preferred but not mandatory). - Strong design skills for creating reports, dashboards, and presentations (using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, or equivalent). -High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LMS, Zoho, ERP, or similar systems is a plus. - Solid data management and basic data automation skills (Excel formulas, macros, scripts). - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel (including overnight trips and stay when needed). - Must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license. - Budget: CTC 3 to 4.5 LPA - Benefits: PF, Field Visit cover (Travel, Food and Accommodation)
