Candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to the Management Leader by managing tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups, maintaining reports and databases, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales, HR, compliance, and administration. The EA acts as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, enabling leadership to focus on strategic and growth-oriented work. Responsibility & deliverables – 1. Task, Deadline & Follow-up Management Reports, Documents & Database Management Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports for sales, purchases, and collections. Draft quotations and maintain updated customer and vendor databases. Organize filing systems (digital/physical) and ensure 100% data accuracy. HR, Admin & Compliance Support Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave records. Track compliance deadlines (GST, TDS, ROC, ITR, ISO, AMC, tenders). Manage travel bookings, meeting schedules, and logistics. Support in team events, review meetings, and office coordination. Market Research & Information Support Conduct vendor and market research; prepare concise summaries for CEO decisions. Maintain vendor evaluation sheets and update research records regularly. Task, Deadline & Follow-up Management Maintain CEO’s master task and compliance trackers. Send timely reminders and follow up with staff, vendors, customers, and consultants. Record minutes of meetings and ensure closure of action items. Any other task as asked by management from time to time. Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills (written and verbal – English & Hindi). Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace proficiency. Experience with CRM/Database tools (preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up effectively. Attention to detail with high accuracy. A problem solver with analytical skills Qualifications Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory. 2 years of experience in EA, operations, coordination, or similar roles. Experience in trading, distribution, or life sciences/biomedical sector (advantageous but not essential).
