Part-time UI/UX Designer (Work From Office)

As a UI/UX Designer in this short-term engagement opportunity (approx. 23 months) based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the end-user experience by revamping the product design. Your collaboration with the product and development team will involve refining user flows, redesigning interfaces, and creating engaging designs aligned with the business goals. **Responsibilities:** - Review and analyze the current product design to pinpoint areas for user experience enhancement. - Redesign user flows, wireframes, and interfaces to improve clarity, usability, and engagement. - Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and design assets for implementation. - Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless design-to-development transition. - Utilize basic HTML/CSS knowledge to create developer-friendly specifications and verify design feasibility. - Conduct rapid usability tests or gather feedback to validate design choices. - Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines while modernizing the product's appearance. **Requirements:** - Possess 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects. - Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility. - Familiarity with front-end implementation, including basics of HTML/CSS. - Capable of simplifying complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Nice to Have:** - Previous experience working on Software as a Service (SaaS) products. - Familiarity with Angular to facilitate better collaboration with the development team.
