We are expanding our creator network in Mumbai and are looking for a UGC-focused creator who understands storytelling, trends, and how to make content that feels human, relatable, and shareable.

The Role

We are hiring a UGC Content Creator to produce short-form videos that reflect Mumbai's personality, culture, friendships, and everyday social moments.

This role is UGC-first meaning your main output will be self-shot videos (POV, talking-to-camera, trends, micro-stories).

You will also occasionally attend Belong events, but the focus is on regular UGC content filmed by you.

Key Responsibilities

• UGC Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Create regular UGC-style videos (self-shot, scripted, trend-based, POV, voiceovers, skits).

• Film content that highlights friendship, belonging, lifestyle, and Mumbai culture.

• Produce weekly content aligned with Belong's voice and community tone.

Filming & Editing

• Edit using CapCut/VN (captions, transitions, pacing, trending audio).

• Maintain organised footage and deliver consistent quality.

• Adapt trends into Belong's tone and local storytelling.

• Participate in monthly brainstorming sessions.

• Attend 12 Belong events per month.

• Capture short clips, stories, interviews, and community highlights.

Who You Are

• Based in Mumbai with knowledge of local culture and youth communities.

• Comfortable filming yourself and speaking to camera.

• Creative, expressive, and passionate about short-form storytelling.

• Strong sense of what creates engagement and shareability.

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.

• Portfolio or social handles required (Instagram/TikTok/Shorts).

Nice to Have

• Simple interview/documentary-style filming skills.

• Basic lighting, framing, or audio knowledge.

• Experience creating UGC for brands or startups.

• Canva or basic graphic design skills.

• Photography skills.
