About Us

Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing high-quality solar solutions for homes, businesses, and industries across Kerala. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven Part-Time Sales Executives to support our business growth in Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and local networking.
• Identify potential customers and explain available solar solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Conduct basic customer needs assessment and provide suitable proposals.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (any discipline).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales experience is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Ability to convince customers and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Must be available for part-time fieldwork.
