Job Description

  • Support HR and accounting functions with documentation and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with different customers / vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, and packages).
  • Handle errands such as banking, courier services, or office-related purchases when required.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
  • Assist in organizing office events and travel arrangements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,256.03 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week

Experience:

  • Office Assistant: 2 years (Required)
