Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Part-Time French Teacher to join our team. This individual will be responsible for teaching French to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the French language and culture, and the ability to engage students through creative lesson planning, diverse teaching methods, and a strong commitment to their academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Delivery:
• Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate French lessons to students.
• Tailor lessons to meet the needs of different proficiency levels.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials, including exercises, games, and multimedia tools, to enhance learning.
• Assessment & Feedback:
• Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and homework.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Track and report student performance and progress to department head.
• Classroom Management:
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
• Handle classroom challenges effectively and maintain student discipline.
• Cultural Integration:
• Introduce students to the culture, history, and geography of French-speaking countries.
• Organize and participate in language enrichment activities (e.g., cultural events, language immersion experiences).
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other educators and school staff to support cross-curricular learning.
• Attend regular meetings to discuss student progress and educational strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Teaching certification (if applicable).
• Experience:
• Previous experience teaching French (preferably in a classroom or private tutoring setting).
• Familiarity with various language proficiency levels and teaching methodologies (e.g., communicative approach, immersion).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in French (native or fluent speaker preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching and language.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
