Able to prepare Tooling information- Process/ Tool Size/ Simulation/ Tonnage/ FTG & Tooling Cost. Expertise in Tool Development/ Manufacturing/ Buyoff/ HLT/ Quality check/ Proving. Must be aware of Part quality report study/ Analysis & Part proving. Project Timeline adherence - Customer Commitment/ supplier follow up for achieving Time plan. Basic Software knowledge like Autoform/AutoCAD / CATIA etc. Know-how of Handover Taker Process from Internal External - Customer/ Supplier. Yield improvement/ VAVE/ Process optimization/ Kaizen in running projects. Creating & Using of Systems/ Standards/ Check sheet.
