On the technical/functional side, you should have knowledge of Weld Body structure, Fix & Portable CMM machines, Vehicle Body scanning, and hands-on experience in different trials during new model development. You must also have a basic understanding of Jigs/fixture concept, Pneumatics & Hydraulics, Auto Weld Line operation, sheet metal Part accuracy check on inspection fixtures, and Roller hemming/Press hemming basics. In terms of behavioral skills, you should be target-oriented, possess analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication & presentation skills, be a team player, and have good networking skills.,
