We achieve this by providing essential resources, promoting self-sufficiency, and advocating for a more equitable society. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify and develop new funding opportunities, including grants, CSR partnerships, and donations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, donors, and other stakeholders. * Prepare project proposals, funding applications, and presentations for potential partners. * Develop and implement business development strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability. * Conduct market research and identify potential collaboration opportunities with other NGOs, institutions, and agencies. * Coordinate with program teams to align funding initiatives with project objectives. * Track and report on fundraising and partnership performance, ensuring compliance with donor requirements. * Represent the organization at stakeholder meetings, conferences, and networking events. *Qualifications & Skills:* * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, NGO Management, or related fields. * 3–7 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or partnership management in the NGO sector. * Strong knowledge of CSR funding, grants, and donor landscape. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Key Attributes:* * Result-oriented and proactive * Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities * Understanding of NGO operations, social development programs, and compliance requirements Gender Preference: Male candidates only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
