Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Technical Consultant Saudi/India About the Company Our client is one of the luxury international real estate developers based in Saudi Arabia. About the Role An Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Technical Consultant plays a key role in implementing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle EBS R12 applications. This role is technical , meaning it focuses on development , coding , interfaces , data migration , and custom reports , rather than end-user functional use. What are we looking for? 10-15 years of experience Technical Skills & Experience Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance and SCM Modules, with deep technical understanding of Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CE) and Supply Chain (PO, OM, INV, etc.) Hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS R12 Tech Stack, specifically version 12.2.9 — experience in Forms Personalization, custom libraries, and online patching (ADOP) is a plus. Skilled in developing and managing RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows) in complex, highly customized environments. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, BI/XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Web ADI, and AME (Approval Management Engine). Experienced with Workflow Builder, SQL Developer, XML Gateway Mapping, and Oracle Report Builder. Proficient in using Oracle APIs for Financials and AOL/Sys-Admin modules to build interfaces and extensions. Solid understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) components — basic to intermediate level. Experience writing detailed technical documentation including MD070, MD120, CV040, CV120, and conversion/integration design documents. Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting for automating jobs and data manipulation. Experienced in coordinating onsite-offshore delivery models, managing full SDLC and development cycles. Worked extensively with Oracle Support (My Oracle Support / SRs) to analyze, log, and resolve application bugs and patch-related issues. Adept at gathering complex business rules and data requirements, translating them into clear and scalable technical specifications.
