Hiring Operation Executives and Assistant Operations for Velappanchavadi locatons. Job Description Courier Hub Operations. Position: Assistants Operations. Location: Hub – Velappanchavadi, Maduravoyal. Fixed Salary: Rs.13000 to 18000 + PF+ESI+Insurance. Overtime: 50 per hour. Sunday/Holiday Duty: 400 per day or Comp Off (based on employee request). Qualification: Any. Key Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound courier shipments (pick-up & delivery). Supervise sorting, scanning, and bagging of parcels. Coordinate with delivery staff and ensure timely dispatch & receipt of shipments. Maintain records and documentation for daily operations. Support warehouse management – loading, unloading, and parcel arrangement. Monitor domestic & international shipments as per hub process. Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with company standards. Assist in shift operations and report daily performance to supervisors.
