Flop show, flop company, worst service project not completed even after 8 years. Company is big liar and very irresponsible. It’s like do whatever you want builder will do what he likes. Don’t become a victim of paranjape buying property from them. I have lost lot of money due to this builder. They even don’t deserve 1 star.

Giving one star as minus stars not possible. Delayed trident project, did not offer any compensation. You need to tally every demand given by him and accounts. Would never buy any property closely associated with the builder.
Rera date was July 2022, I haven’t received possession yet.

They are worst builders in Pune. They only give fake promise. Counstruction quality is very poor. Their site engineer is very rude and unsupportive. Also office staff in Prabhat road is very unsupportive.
